You don't have to worry about SC, their homeschool regs aren't much better than ours. Most of the eastern coast states, suck for HS regs.

My aunt homeschools. She's pretty stupid, and the kid doesn't have a prayer, so at least your accent will make your kid sound smart

Lack of regulations can be a double edged sword.
It can be. I totally agree with that. I don't think checks and balances are bad. Some families won't do their kids justice w/o it, however NYS regs are the worst and they push the line. I don't mind the quarterlies we are mandated or even the year end reviews. It's the hours and days, subject specifications and testing that I am opposed to. I want to be able to test on my time table, not theirs and use the testing that I and my child are comfortable with. I would not change much about my teaching/scheduleing, because I want my son to succeed, but it would be so much less stressful w/o feeling the pressure of the NYS system on my shoulders.

to everyone!!

I'm way, WAY behind on the thread...so I've got some catching up to do.
I think this might be a good thread for me...I think my ideas about incubating are a little too far out there for most.
Ok...my ideas are actually FAR out there.

Wit all those critters don't sound like you every go in a house. far out there is in here so read on and on and on. and somewhere between near and far and far and near is here or there . it helps to have a sip now and again to take the edge off . have to warn you normal is not allowed here .

we all CRAZY oops might smacked for that one truth hurts and all you know ?

So I found an egg this morning, in the run, right in front of the food and water. It was very blood streaked. Would this most likely be a new pullet egg? It was a good size, if it was. Not huge or anything but not tiny like I've seen some pullet eggs. I have a bunch of girls between 5-6 months old. And I must have just missed it being laid, it was warm. Hmmmm.
