Still air at 101 and I dunno if there's an exact time to rotate the eggs around... some do it once a day, some every couple days, and some just randomly move them around when turning... if you don't have hot spots, it's not necessary... just go with what feels comfortable and works best for you...

So all movement stopped. So I tapped the air cell and it died!! . I don't know what I did wrong. It also had that same looking black gunk in the shell. I'm so mad!! And Sad!!! And heartbroken. I don't know what to do!!! . I just locked down my only SLP baby. So now I wait again. . It hatches but at this rate I doubt it will.

Awesome. Hope the second batch does as well as the first.

2 more BWA eggs were pulled today;. one quitter that had a really damaged air cell, and another that I had questioned - was scrambled when I checked it. Down to 4.out of 18. At least the 4 look really healthy so far.

I swear air cells in eggs pop with the change in altitude - kind of like our ice cream does at the store. Wish I could find some good eggs in Colorado or somewhere higher than we are.

After hitting quote, yall discussed it. I was going to ask about age of the eggs.

Maybe try asking for pullet eggs?? I wonder if that would make a difference??

You should try ducks again, but try by themselves, instead of with chicks.

Question, I set my eggs on a Saturday 9:00am. Three weeks ago this sat. I am reading 2 different things. Is day 21 Friday or Saturday?

I have the humidity up to 80% finally! The construction paper does work good.it is porous and doing its job

I swear I see some movement of 1 egg! Today would be 19 or 20 depending on what day 1 is.
