Ok thank i will try to find me some
They stay in the run but something keeps taking my guineas
Iv got a question has any body ever
Eat a guinea if so is it good/better then chicken or can you even eat them at all ???????????????????????????????
you need to get a critter cam or two set them up around the roost and circle track your place. this one is all over you when coyotes make a kill if there are more than one they tell all the others . it will make your hair stand on end. WV duckchick can tell you the best one to get.
We have 2 set up but some how it always manages to get pass it BUT IT WONT GIT PASS MY BUCK SHOT IF I CATCH IT
But theb there is the risk of shooting my chickens ,lol,
I've never dealt with coyotes with my chickens, but I have had foxes. The way the foxes were gotten rid of is this: a spotlight was set up by the coop. The person (not putting names) sat in a chair behind it so they wouldn't be seen. When The cat (who thinks she is a chicken) got tense and her haired raised up, person knew the fox was there and shot it. End of story. It worked.
Hope you catch your critter! Btw, guinea eggs I personally think taste better than chicken eggs. I've never had guinea meat, tho.
