Should I be concerned..... Swollen eye???????/

My rooster has a swollen eye. There is no discharge or crusty stuff. He was in a fight with another rooster two days ago. Could that cause the swelling?? He does'nt have any breathing trouble or wheezing. He is seperate from my other chickens.Any advice would be greatly appreciated. He is my little buddy...........

The swelling could very well have to do with the fight... Do you have any Terramycin Opthalmic Ointment? It's an antibiotic ointment specifically for eyes. You could try that on and around the eye for a few days..
