Should I give duck duckling?

We had a mama duck whose eggs appeared to have developed to term, but then did not survive and hatch. Mama duck will be fine? Or would it be bad to give her a day old duckling from the store?

She possibly will kill them.......Its tricky to add other Babies to a Momma a Bird.....

Is she still sitting waiting for them? If so, you might get away with it. But still be very careful

I guess if she is still "broody"..........If you stayed you were on guard very near to rescue the ducky if things went wrong, you could but it in a mesh cages that foster mamma couldn't hurt the babe!
Why not....have a go but be VERY near to give a helping hand! xx hope things go well!

She is still sitting on the eggs, but comes out for me to feed her worms and swim in the pond. The eggs are cold though and the babies don't appear to be moving inside of the eggs.
