Should I help?

I agree with Chickens Really,,
do not do anything to the egg,
you are not sure what the hatch date is.
Poking a hole in the shell is never good advice. especially if you do it too soon before it is ready to hatch,
it will almost certainly make the duck die.
I am 74 years old and have been at this hatching game for 40 years.
I hatch all kinds of eggs.
I have 3 incubators with a total capacity of 1400 eggs. many times I have no room for any more..
right now I have over 100 duck eggs due to hatch on the 4th of July..
The point is " I think I know what I am talking about.

I agree with the others, give it a little more time. And from your pic, even though you aren't seeing anything sharp, i think it's maybe just pressing against the membrane, maybe not broken through yet, just getting into hatching position.
Hang in there!! and good luck!

Oh, and just let it take its time. I had silkieneggs and some where 3 days over the "due date" but now they are running around like all the other chickens .
@Ravynscroft @WVduckchick saw your great advice on Steven's duckling thread & hope you can help here.

id estimate July 3-4. The mom laid her eggs a few days before June 8th. What should the humidity be at this point?
