This is the duck/chicken coop. Nothing fancy!

Looks pretty fancy to me. Mine definitely needs some prettying up.

Sorry, not a great photo.... very basic with ventilation on both sides at the top. It is about 4' high and can easily be hosed out.

Looks like a place my ducks would like.

Mine seem to love it and know to get in it at night. We feed them in the evening and put the food right in the house.

Do they just scavenge during the day then or is there enough food to last them throughout the next day?

They scavenge within the 10 x 20 run around the house. There are plenty of bugs and things in the water and on the shore. There is also some duck weed in there and I spoil them with treats once a day.

This is where I have to give my dear sweetest most patient husband some credit. The shed is 100+ years old and nothing in it is level or even or straight - so what was supposed to be a 1 day job turned into a 2 week project. I don't know if he would agree LOL but I think it was worth it for the peace of mind. I sleep better anyway
