Show me your poop boards?

Does any one put cheap vinyl flooring on their poop board for easy cleaning?

I put cheap vinyl with about 1/2" of Sweet PDZ on top. If you just use vinyl, I think it would get nasty after a while and also, the poop will stick when it's real cold out.

Yes, but I used the same good heavy duty vinyl I used on my floor, with PDZ on top of it.

That's about what I started with, any deeper and they dust bathed in it, flinging it all over the place...haha! I've found tho that less than 1/2" works fine, just enough to keep most poops from sticking to the vinyl liner, but I sift all the pdz (and add a bit when needed) then level it out with my leveler.

I used vinyl sheets, but they got nasty and started peeling off. So I took it off and painted the boards. My poop boards are removable, so a few times a year, I power wash them and let them sit in the sun for a few hours.

Other than than, I put a layer of straw down and scrap the soiled straw off every 3 or 4 days.

I was interested in the Sweet PDZ, but when I asked about it at my local tractor store, they laughed and said no one has requested that in years. :idunno

Yes, I did. Although I painted my poop trays with semi-gloss exterior latex paint I figured that some vinyl flooring would add another layer of protection against moisture, possible rot, and odor. Cheap insurance.
It's working out just fine.
