So I have a Kelso Cockerel, he's usually been really nice with everybody but lately he's been staying away from me, chasing the hens trying to mate with them. My top rooster never chased him but lately my top rooster has been chasing him because my Kelso is trying to mate with his hens. I heard I was going to have to separate them since they fight a lot. Any suggestions?

is your top rooster a game?

are turkeys better at getting away from predators?
I think they have similar flight style as the chicken.

I think the advantage would be they are bigger and could probably fend off racoons/possums.

Also if the Turkeys are truly wild (not just domestics gone feral) than they have the advantage of uninterrupted natural instincts.

Yws
Yes He Is
Then eventually you'll have a fight and one will die. Probably time to separate.

My stags try to mate hens but I dont mind the top rooster chasing them around... because he is big and will never catch them. He just stays close to his main 3 hens and will protect them for any stag getting close.

So I should separate them? Should I give him a hen as well? Well right now I have no where to put him.
