You missed the point as well. It wasn't about crossing gamefowl. It was crossing gamefowl with other non game breeds. I applaud you though for showing up late to the party and not reading the previous posts. Haha

I read them... By crossing the two they wouldn't be improving either one but creating something new... good or bad i don't know. And if they sell them then they should be honest about their breeding and behavior.

i planned on being honest . im not even going to be saying they are for sale when they are hatched. i want to make sure it does something good before that happens. yes it will take a year to see how they grow out but in that year my rooster will only breed for maybe a few months so i can get a few hatches out of him so i can see if there is any consistency to the chicks, and i can see how they act. but someone earlier said that breeding the game to a non game will most likely make the hens fight more. not an exact quote though. someone did tell me with learning and a bit of luck i could be successful with it

I wish! I haven't been doing anything but feeding, watering, and cleaning pens. Ima force myself to tie some flies tonight.

only 5 game hens that may have a mix to them that are left out of the flock before he attacks, and we had 7 brahma bantams i think. got them from friend who was moving and couldnt have them anymore. half of them got ate just the other day by a tiny dog. my tractor supply bunch are 3 months old. barred rock and RIR are 5 weeks and brunners are 3.5 weeks old

She'll get better lol I had 2 pullets about 9 months old sent to me a couple months ago that would fly up to top of a 6' pen every time I got close, now they're eating out of my hand. Them Lacy's are looking better and better

I tried that yesterday at my dad's boat (not for crabs tho). I don't think id trust anything out of the long beach harbor though.
