I don't know, there's a lot of different types of blood there. I could be totally wrong but in my past experience with the pyle or splash colors, it took a blue gene to create it.
yeah I am not expert ..But I did just read that Red Pyles when crossed will often produce blues... Also heard they came from Ireland.

More research needed.

I also remember when Modern Pyle cock was over my white hen, they produced a variety of BBR, blacks, and white. (unfortunately none survived)
 
They'll be there the duration of breeding season. I have 2 more lacy stags to put in them. So it'll be 3 lacy stags and an Albany stag. They condition very well in them constantly flying. The males will stay the females first I'll let them go Broody once. by then my grey hens should be or getting close to Broody so they'll hatch the eggs for the rest of the season to keep them laying. I have blue hens sitting on the sidelines waiting for the overflow incase I need more broodies
