Moisture farming...
rain, fog and dew collectors
active water condensers using solar/wind power.
unground water storage, barrels, maybe a plastic lined reservoir...
Maybe a well if I can get the money.

More of a retirement/play around/ investment property. Pulled my 401k and bought the property as an alternate investment.

Huge offroading area... Next to giant Salt Sea, could be worth something in future...

Awesome....

Look into how to grade the land so when it rsins the water is collected in such away that it helps restock you underground water.... they where able to get dead land in Jordan to become an awesome farm.... some folks in Saudi Arabia are referbishing a negelected palm farm using the techniques.

I'll be hatching off a few more than that, looks like only one cross as of now, but several single mated pens making the cross.
