Thanks centra now I got the weebe jeebees. One time I was doing pest control (cause all firefighters supplement their income) along time ago and I saw about 10 come out one rotten stump. Only time I can recall seeing more than one, creepy.

I remember one day doing push-ups in the Army in GA. I felt a little sting on my hand and stupid me didn't realize my hands were covered in fire ants. I didn't notice because of the dew in the grass so my hands were kinda wet. An hour later looked like I had two catchers mitts for hands.

At work it is easy to see the males flying around looking for girl friend mule killers.

@roosterhavoc try changing into SCUBA gear while standing on a fire ant nest. You will run naked through a crowd to get into the water. When you get into water they float up and sting your upper body and head too. I very much agree they hurt. Little pissers all!

First two images of Stanley, a game rooster being used for a broody rooster experiment. Three chicks pushing 5 weeks post-hatch now retreat to him. One cockerel and two pullets.

Notice kink in its back. Same snake caught and relocated 330 yards twice before.

Head moving so close to camera I had to pull back to maintain focus.
