I heard feet hitting the side of one of the pens, I figured I was going after a stag to pen up, when I got to where the commotion was it was a hawk and a bull stag going at it. I wish I could've turned the stag out on his butt because he definitely wanted to beat on him.
Get your darn camera out for that stuff! You guys can actually take good pictures.

I had a Cooper's Hawk come in take one of my "pet" chicks that is being trained for next year. She did a snatch and grab without even landing. Sibbling of chick below as weighed this morning. Mother hen was ticked and crowing after that like I have never seen a hen crow.

Here's one a little over 300# havoc and a trail cam picture of my shooting lane with hogs sleeping all over the place.View attachment 1127184 View attachment 1127181
I've dragged deer over a mile before. (About killed me too). Rubbed off half the hide that was in contact with the ground. No way I'm dragging that out. I'm used to going fairly far into public land on foot. I'd have to cut that b*stard up on site.

He was not the type of hog you kill for meat, I could smell from a distance before I got to him.

This was a Cooper also, camera? No I wasn't thinking about a camera.

No through some research it seems the grim reaper razor tip or hypodermic mechanicals fly good. At 40.00 for 3 I don't want to trial and error more than I have too lol. Any recommendations? Grim reaper xbow too

I'm betting that crossbow is easier on the shoulder than a 57# longbow (29" in draw length). 55# bow. Makes me feel like a weakling. lol
