gotcha. I don't know why but when I first looked at it I thought they were boxed in completely. I can't get that tin roofing anywhere around here like lowes, Home Depot etc...
yeah all the same a couple striped, a couple caramel colored and the rest black with varying degrees of white and caramel ima keep just the stagslol are all those chicks the same cross?
another good idea. I'll have to see if I can find a place like that around here.I went to Gemco (metal carports) and bought a bunch of scrap tin, some of it was 20' long.
its funny how plans change. I wasn't gonna hatch a lot this year and now that is totally out the window.yeah all the same a couple striped, a couple caramel colored and the rest black with varying degrees of white and caramel ima keep just the stags
How old's those stags flypen? That growing fast
gotta give props of those look healthy healthyFirst hatch was Jan 31st and the second was Feb 13th so 10 weeks and 8 weeks, they are growing fast.
i know all about that dust. I got 3 brooders going in the basement now and I'll have a fourth in about a week. This last one is big enough for two people to lay down in. It's always fun taking that big box outta the shed. Had to unload and finally put away my decoys that were being stored in it.To tell u how wonderful those shavings are one time it rained some and my grey brood pair's pen was wet not bad but I had this great idea to use that sawdust to try and soak up the water anyway by the next day the cock was nasely and dripping snot I had to box the pair up And move their pen. 2 days later he was back to normal.not to mention the dust that makes it look Like it snowed..
