ill pm you the pic. I dropped the deer off at a butcher around the corner from me. Too hot to mess with at my house. They make good jerky, snack sticks etc..and I usually get the burger mixed with 10% pork and some chops or steaks. She came in at 92 lbs field dressed.

Get you a 5# box of bacon ends and take it to your butcher to grind up in some of your burger, that's a awesome hamburger on the grill.

We always skin and butcher all of ours but we send coolers off for burger and summer sausage I think Last year we had 90-120lbs of burger just from rifle season.

After I shot she ran about 35 yds into some thick stuff. I was feeling pretty good til about 10 minutes later my heart just sank as I saw her come out of there. That's the worst feeling ever.

Initially the 35 yds then only went another 20 in a different direction. Found her and she jumped up and went another 40 yds or so back in the direction of my stand. All total less than 100 yds just kinda in a circle.
Problem is I walked by her initially and covered a couple hundred yds in every direction. Lol

The media should really think about how they cause mass panic and hysteria by trying to one up each other for ratings. They don't give a flip about anything else than how bad they can make a situation sound or be.

We're fine a band or two moved through. Good thing it is traveling about 22mph so it'll be out of here by tomorrow.
