Yes compassionate but do not replace that with common sense and I'm not going to get into religon, but according to the word animals have no soul... feelings and the rest sure that's all I will say about that.

And I aint here to argue over the world wide interwebz but shooting every yote and clearly atracting them by feeding are different things. I'm saying it's asking for trouble anyone with a clear head on their shoulders could see that. I personally have only killed one with a rifle and have seen many more.

I wouldn't attract them purposefully. They are already around and live in these hills and probably have for ten of thousands of years... long before humans were here I am sure.

Humans are animals.. and if humans have souls I could easily say many animals have souls. Especially the higher mammals because they are most like us and their emotions match ours in many ways IMO.
I rush home to see my dog, because I know he misses me... probably even more so than my wife (who happens to be soulless). I can feel and see more emotions in my dogs than I do in many people. I felt similar about certain cats, and even pet rats I had as a kid.

I've never seen them with yellow legs before
