I think the 1/2"x1/2" is a bit more expensive and doesnt add much value... in fact I cant put the water cups on the outside of their pens. With the 2x4 they can pop their head thru and drink. It keep the cups cleaner to have on outside and easier to access IMO

1/2 x 1/2 good for chicks and brooders tho.

Nah didn’t even go duck hunting last weekend either. Everything was frozen. I’ll get out with my son over the weekend. If I don’t hunt and or fish for more than a few days I start getting real damn b*tchy.
