I'm sure if y'all talk to the Feds ahead of time they will let you do what ever is necessary to kill all the hogs y'all can haul out, after deer season closes.

Wouldn’t doubt it. The whole area we were in not a single deer track was found. Tons of pig and snake though.

The feds need to get on board with the state. Now it's bow only during deer season only. About 5 miles away on state land wildlife and fisheries is conducting aerial gunning operations. You know you're having problems when they start throwing around terms like aerial gunning. State land is also open year round to gun but as far as I know no bait.
I will say though where the state did it is like a giant thicket. Honey island swamp is hard to navigate In the hunting areas. Other areas are fine but that's where they do tours and stuff
