You can't stop it, I did that to both of my hands duck hunting on a frozen lake one time. I'm getting a few pullet eggs everyday, but none of the hens have started yet.

I’ve destroyed my hands before duck hunting to the point they’ve been sore for a few days but nothing like this. Just basic tasks hurt like hell. Getting better slowly but damn.

I am not complaining, rather a source of pride. Proof color is not part of selection process. Point will be driven home color is overriding consideration for some and one does not need to go to ornamental shows to see evidence for it.

I have similar coming down now although deposited by very thick fog. Currently I cannot see more than 100 feet. Getting to work with going to be treacherous.
