I use DE or ash from a fire. I just dump a handful right on their head to completely cover it. Sometimes I’ll do it a few times. It will help the blood clot and scab up.
You don’t need any medicine for him. Just make sure his nostrils are clear if dried blood so he can breathe normally. Don’t worry afterwards either they look terrible for about two weeks.
A couple years ago we had s small earthquake here. I was driving and in mid turn into a driveway and thought my truck was falling apart on me. Lol. I got out and was looking at it sure I was about to lose an axle. LolHad earthquakes two nights in a row. That's a first for me

That sounds like it may be more than the comb. Is he able to walk? Is the leg issue on one or both legs?Ohh thank u so much you reply ..
Yes we didn't having problem with his comb but he's having he can't able to walk eat or drink I hand feed him ..seems he having problem in his neck Caz of comb that's why I'm.so worried ..comb is kinda heavy tilted his head he's so sweet boy I have surgical scissors not small but big one and all medication anything more I'll arrange if anyone advice
I had a white leghorn years ago that I had to cut the wattles off of. They got frostbite really bad from dunking them in the water bowl. They blew up and started to get infected and filled with fluid so they had to go. His wattles were about the same size as your bird and about as thick as his comb. They bled pretty good but he was fine.
