Supposedly the surgery is a pain in the *ss. Most regular vets will refer you to a surgical specialist.

Just to be clear Sparta is a county and twin oaks is the name of the vet place. We have to drive about an hour and thirty minutes to them. I wouldn't let the local vet do anything but shots.

They did the intestinal surgery on my other dog when the local said it was nothing. They helped kodiak beat parvo they have done a lot for us I really like those folks down there they have a few different vets all seem to be real good folks.

A lot of vets are good I’m sure. It’s still a money making business. Not exactly being run as a nonprofit.

Out of all the dogs I've had in this mosquito infested place one died from heartworms and most were outside dogs. Vers act like it's when not if

It’s good to treat em just don’t have to spend what the vets are asking. Kinda like doctors and the drug companies pushing all kinds of bs on people for a skinned knee.
