I agree Shubin... just was poking around on the topic for fun... though some scale patterns are cool looking and good solid legs with nice quality tough scales is a plus, pattern is more who cares. Though it did occur to me that the scale patterns might have developed out of specific strains or local likes sort of a breed thing. Just random less superstitious thoughts, and me mussing on genetics involved concerning the legs.
