My old ugly man fighter

I love the intellectual capacity of game hens. I was late / forgot to put them and their chicks up just before dark. I was walking fence about 50 feet from barn and one of the distraught hens flew out to me and raised all sorts of cane as she hustled back to her brood waiting to get back into their rabbit cage for the night. Such is far from the exception for game hens that have learned the ropes. This hen actually a pullet on her first brood that has me trained.
