Thanks, I have never handled a sweater, so I was just guessing based on looks.  Great pics!
lol I just checked my email I didn't realize u were u at first. Hope all is well and I am assured the blues will be well taken care of. Take care p.s. if all goes well havoc may have some sweater available next spring and he's a lot closer than I am

Ok been along time since I been on here. Building new pens for new additions. Buti have a question. I have a very hatch hen who hatched one dang egg now doesn't want to stay n sit on the other eggs!! My incubator is full n their into like 1 1/2 weeks of incubation! So humidity isn't right for the ones that need to hatch now!! Any suggestions on what I can do?? About to go crazy!!,

No worries, that is something to keep in mind. I just like seeing all the different colors.

When I was really young, my grandfather had "Reds" but passed away before I could really appreciate what he had. I think I remember the hens more than the cocks as I was slow learner when it came to wanting to hold the new chicks.

Growing up, I used to hang around the poultry science department and watch an older vet do necropsies for the gamefowl folks in the area. Saw a lot of interesting birds then too. He still lives close to me and enjoys talking about the birds.
