It is a good thing you have water set out for the birds. lol Same here, mud everywhere! I have been trying to get more wood split, but every time the ground starts to dry a little, we get more rain...

All my pens are covered. The loose birds run around in the rain anyway. The soggy *ss yard just pisses me off.

That does look pretty dumb don’t it. Lol
I split wood on the concrete pad at the base of my deck steps. Haven’t broken the concrete yet. You bet I have to resharpen the splitting axe pretty often.
