Yeah big time... I dont know if you remember during the winter seasons I posted some stuff about mudslides. It floods my yard adn covers everything in silty/clay mud.

I dug a big pit in my front yard last year, 8ft diameter and about 3 ft deep, and watched it fill up with mud on the first big rain last year. It saved my yard from mudflood. I still havent cleared out the pit since, but I will before the next rainy season.

I probably really only use a little more than half acre. The rest just grass that needs mowing. I've run over 3 toys, 1 hose and almost a chicken so far this year. I get to do it all over again tomorrow.
