I had similar problem with swollen ankles after hurting his feet kicking the fence... I put antibiotic ointment (neosporin probably) on the wounds and just let him back into cage. Cleared up after a few days.

So I was just in the chicken yard and that old mean hen was acting funny when I fed her this evening she was throwing up liquid so fast forward a few hours she was on her roost going to bed and she started making a noise and liquid was coming out of her mouth I thought she was choking so I grabbed her and took her over to my table and was going to swab her mouth and neck out I had to do the same thing the other day when she got in the pen fight she was choking on blood so I was doing that and a egg popped out I've never seen this happen the problem is the egg was soft I guess I need to start with egg maker for the hens I thought because thay are molting I would not have eggs for atleast another month just thought I'd share this never had this happen what you think centra....

The lack of egg shell as you described can be caused by stress. She may have been gearing up to lay and all of the events caused her enough stress that "misfired". See if she settles back down and lays normally. Generally a lack of calcium in their diet produces poor quality egg shells because they at least attempt to utilize calcium in their body for a short time. An egg laying ration wouldn't hurt...

Thanks lmljsl I think you are right I noticed this week she dug a hole in her cage and she is not a big diger because of the old leg injury broken in a fight I'm telling y'all this hen is something else I will bet that any stag that comes out of this hen will be a hand full...

His fecies is liquid with some green I'm giving him oral antibiotics and what I do is take bread and trow small pieces in the water to get more meds to him...

Runny feces may be indication something still not right with digestive tract. He may have scarring or dewormer was not effective. Try adding some BOSS to diet at a rate of 10% to see if his feces firms up.

Could you feel his crop just after he goes to roost? Crop fill can be important indicator of how he feels. Many birds will not eat a lot when feeling low.
