What is this bird ?

I got her from a from a fella from ohio, I was high bid and he no saled it, afterwards we came together on price, $10

I hadn't seen her today and was kinda concerned, so I'm sitting there watching for raccoons and heard a screaming noise, I thought it was a cat, sounded kinda like a baby, found her in the garage and a possum too. one less possum in the neighborhood, she seems ok, lost most all tailfeathers, could still fly, took me about an hour to catch her

That's a pretty Blue cock. Those hens need their spurs cut,the ones on the Sweater are wicked.

Yeah eventually gotta get around to that. Never really worried about it but I know if they get to long and/or into fights they could screw each other up or some eggs. Gonna do it when I get to dub this year I have three at the moment to do 2 Hatch/Clarets and a full Hatch but they aren't old enough yet..

It's a nice bird. Never had a possum go after a full grown bird, they mainly eat the insides of young birds here. On a side note @roosterhavoc got any updated photos of your Joe Redmond greys ? Definitely added to the wishlist.

This last pics I posted the other day of them two stags on tie cords are the most recent. They are two different stags. One has green legs the other black. The green legged stag is a lightweight probably from years of inbreeding. We'll see how he turns out.
