agreed. I have no problems with hunting and trapping for survival or native populations that do it. They keep a balance with nature, They use every part and respect the animals. And most importantly they don't exploit it to gain wealth, power or to grow their populations like parasites.

I know I am guilty, but I am a product of my environment. But I do my best to limit my consumption and live a life of modesty...
I ride a 60mpg motorcycle everday. I have the same truck I had since I was 16... Most of my clothes I've had since my early 20s. I could live in a cardboard box if I needed too. My wife on the other hand likes luxurious things, despite my objections.

the reality of it all is without people who hunt, trap, fish and farm it will all go away. The number of people who are indifferent to it all far outweighs the group you fit into. If hunting was banned the animals and open space would disappear too. Who do you think pays for it all. Bunny huggers and bird watchers don't contribute a dime (parasite comes to mind) the folks who like to visit the woods for an hour or two a couple times a year isn't enough to fight off developers and stop progress in the eyes of the greedy. Those people should be your focus not the hunters.

Kissing crane that's a nice knife il have to dig up my ole yellow one and post it on here
Everything is made in China now. Absolute junk. Hen and rooster, kissing crane, some bokers, schrade h*ll just about all of em. Can find a few decent ones on eBay sometimes. I don't really collect them. Just buy em and use em all. I've always liked them since I was little and shouldn't have even had a knife. About a year and a half ago my son threw away a few good ones I left on the counter. He was too young to even open them but not too little to throw them in the trash. Didn't realize what happened til it was too late. Lost a boker whittler, kissing crane whittler, and a few case stockmans and whittlers. I was so mad but it was my fault.
