I just set him there and left him for a few minutes... I came back and he was in full run. I just caught the end of it in that video. He was exhausted...
Might need to increase friction to allow it to slow-down faster. I dont like him spinning when he stops running

I've been cleaning some brood pens and when I move their nest box around a couple have had a mouse under them, when he sees one run its over for the mouse.

I did the same thing and caught 2 lil mice but momma got away, the two became bird food,later I cleaned out the pen dug out about "5-"6 of dirt and wouldn't you know a lil burrow , neat lil nest of straw and feathers and 7 lil pink squeaking nuggets wich later became bird food

Glad to hear you cleaning out the pen. I hope that helps with the issue you were talking about. I heard spraying it down with a little bleach water mix will kill off a lot harmful stuff. And this Poultry Protector spray helps a lot. I use it all the time.. just spray it all over them.
