I have had relatively light winds cause such movements when pens covered tightly with plastic tarps. Low flowing helicopter has also done it. Even my dogs have done it while trying to get at feed.
 
My guess is the wind no dents or anything on that pen. But I'm serious it wasn't windy! I'm dumbfounded I swear I thought someone let the bird out. Not only that but the pen was in the middle of a row, not on the end. I just moved the pens out in the yard for a few days after all the rain. I paid the price today gentlemen.
 
My luck sucks lately. Yesterday had a guinea screwing around with a bird and then this. Plus my wife's brand new car gets rear ended. And it's supposed to snow on Friday!
 
not sure how long but it was definately long enough. I just finished fixing them up and moving all my pens back into the fenced area where they were.
