Clearly misinformed and maybe stupid but mostly ignorant to the facts. Nebe type stuff, not everyone has experience with shipped eggs.

They must have had their information a little sideways and were asking for hatching eggs. Which is a practice only done by the highest level breeders. They can tell you the day before a egg will peep. That is how I got my imports, I would open the box and have freshly hatched chicks and even some still working their way out. Still not all lived or made the "cull"

I know the breeder. I believe his names is Paul Bunyan cause thst seems like a tall tale.

per theory parents they should be but only time will tell. I can't wait to see how they feather out that's a bad pic they mostly more or less black and brown mottled
