Whitney, that rooster's foot looks painful.
I would put some blue kote on it, and let it continue to dry out.. I had an asil with a nasty head wound that would get infected if it was left moist at all; with discharge, vaseline, or greasy based products, though I did apply vet rx (its oily) which helped for cleaning it and helping to get any tissue out.
Since its on his foot, it might be easier get healed, and it looks like it's healing good in the pic. Maybe keeping him off of dirt for a while will help. I wrapped a perch in a pool noodle for one of the birds with bumblefoot before and it took pressure off.

5 cocks, 2 bull stags, and 6 stags from this year. I forgot about a splash. And yeah I sell bull stags 1, 2 or three a year to a couple local people that's all. I have 2 stags with pullets the other 4 are in growout pens.
