First grown escapee since my second go round with games. Well not escapee more like I literally kicked her out the pen. She surely wants back in

I opened the door she went for green grass and when I spun around I pretty much kicked her right out. I let her enjoy freedom but she's back.in now

Oh gotcha. I let birds out all the time. It's just annoying rounding them up. I'm not quite the Ace Ventura so they don't come when called like they should.

she seems to be doing just fine for her first clutch. Likes to b*tch and moan when I give em feed and water but otherwise pretty calm

This stag is about 16 weeks old (hatched April 3, 2015). He is very likely a carrier of a hennie like allele. Hackles short and not covering black body feathers around shoulders and saddle area is a mosiac of male and female-ish feathers. Tail is a combination of 2nd and 3rd feather set and consistent with slow maturation typical of line. He still has 2nd feather set feathers as portion of flight secondaries. He is likely to weigh a good 5 lbs 12 oz as a bullstag and could cock out at very close to 6 lbs.

I can now put together a nice series of images showing his great-grand daddy, grand daddy, daddy and in another three months this guy in bullstag feathering.
