Flypen, that looks like a very nice setup for all of your pens! Do you have any closer pics of one of your rectangular looking pens? I see the dome shaped on looks like it is made out of cattle panels are the other pens similar?

Yeah a nice storm just came through. Nice to knock the dust down its the flash flooding I could do without though

yeah, you've been getting some rain amost every week. I know last weeks was a hard rain for a few hours.

Almost everything in that picture has a 4x4 frame with 2x4 welded wire 4'high, I use a 5' piece of tin on the top and I put a 3' piece on one side to give them shade. There is one dome pen with a 4x4 frame that I normally have in a different area for a setting hen to hatch biddies in. I have some pens that are 4x6x4 that I use for single mating, I also have a few 4x8x4 pens that I use for trios or pairs.

I have a few biddies in this one, normally it has a nest box in it

Got a question for you guys so I had a stag get in a pen fight so he messed up his beak real bad lost half the bottom so any way the issue. Is now he has a yellow build up in his mouth and it smells bad I cleaned him up today and pulled of a few chuncks of this stuff and rubed him down with vetrx and put some down his tthroat and gave him a shot of penicillin what is this yellow stuff and what do I need to do to treat this thanks....

It's canker ...... meds for it #1- Ronidazole(ronnivet-s) in water for 7 days / (i would think 'fresh mix each day') .

I would (First) clean out all the yellow canker(don't throw on ground/ dispose of it properly/burn) and apply an Oral Antiseptic liquid each day from drug store for sore mouth canker .
Also i would feed a soft wet mix food to him each day (using some of the extra fresh Ronidazole mixed water for wet mix food)

Clean his water , feed bowls ... don't put other birds in w/him or in contact w/him .

Fishzole / Fishmox / metronidazole is also good(3 names for it) .
