No... I am not worried about if some die.

As long as they are able to reproduce more than they loose by the end of next year I'll be happy.

@artblueggwanter that farm is in the Palomar mountains.. they could probably go all the way down to San Diego. Take a few decades, but its possible. lol

there is a place in los angeles that has what they call freeway chickens. I believe they are a mix of araucanas they've been there for decades. supposed to be next to a military base

I've camped up there and there is wild turkey, im sure chickens would do fine

long tail and wing feathers would be a good start. strong fliers would get away from predators I would think

Top hen is really the only American Gamefowl here as other is a Sam Gowdy Black Jap.

ohh really they are nice , I was on gowdy site yesterday, wanting to get black O-shamo the xlarge ones for my shamo female eventually. those gowdy girls have long tails or is that just the angle of the picture?
