To be honest. I don't really have much to add from what sdm111 said as others have more experience than me. I do like calm yet aggressive pullets. I cannot stand high strung nervous pullets. I have kept the pullets that will throw down with a stag and won't easily back down. For males strictly gameness, the best I can select anyway. Kinda hard to tell much though at only pigeon size well for me anyway. Overall I really don't care too much about station (within reason) or color. I kept a fairly low station ruble stag from last year. He has everything else I prefer.Haha. The coffee sounds good, but I am not one for cigars. What are you watching for Havoc? I do the same thing and I know there are little things that help sort them out, but it can be tough for me when they are pigeon sized.
