I was watching a Filipino breeder on youtube mention that as undesirable, and I think they mentioned certain eye parasites cause that.... but dont quote me on that.

My white rooster had it, but is very healthy otherwise. Only picture I have where you can kind of see it (if you zoom in).

I did not know about the parasites, thanks. The birds are healthy, so just seems to be an aesthetic issue on my part... My son seems to notice the eyes. He thinks those big bold eyes make them look meaner.

Many people say it's a wasted vote but the way I see it republicans and democrats are the exact same thing. They just go about things differently.
The religious fanatics won't vote libertarian because of their liberal social views i.e.; gay marriage, legalizing pot etc.. If you dig deep enough into libertarians generally they are for smaller government and just a leave me alone type platform which most people would be happy with I think.

Thank you flypen, that makes sense.  I know it all comes down to ability and performance and that everything else shouldn't matter.  That being said I like the fowl to look nice too.

I very much enjoy having good looking broodfowl. I'm definitely not going to breed undesirable traits in them. Performance didn't have anything to do with 2 of his brothers.

Oh and they are the "only" pro 2nd amendment group. Watch how fast those AR-15's get banned with either of those two clowns. H*ll both already said they would.
Gary Johnson just said on tv last night no change in laws for assault type weapons.

All of the pics I have seen of your fowl are top notch. I wasn't implying otherwise. It is more of a reminder to myself not to place emphasis on traits that don't really matter.

I know exactly what your talking about. It bothers me too. However some birds make it look worse by rolling their eyes instead of turning their heads to look in my direction making it look worse than it really is.

Yes, that's it. To me, it makes the eyes look a little droopy, not nearly as focused and bright as the one SDM showed. Some breeders mention eye color too, like bright red or orange eyes.
