Thinking you are doing it at the right time gives feeling that you are doing it right... it may even give you boost in confidence and/or focus (because you don't want to defy the signs by doing it wrong).

That's the nicest way of saying people are stupid and the majority believe everything they hear.
Dubbing, I don't believe it however I will not go out of my way to dub a bird on a full moon. It's plenty easy to just do it at a different time. I've had one squirter and the next barely bleed. I do know one thing though I can see better at night on a full moon.

well at least THEY doing it. I just go with cold mornings and if a friend is available he's always up to it and he's tighter than me. Hey it is what it is. Only squirters I had been thick straight comb trying to get tight to the head peas ain't nuttin

It's been high 80s here and high humidity. I gave up. Making sure the birds are good and I'm sitting in the ac tying flies.

Yesterday there was a flying ant hatch around my yard. It was unbearable. Feeding and watering the birds I had to stop every other pen and dig the d*mn things out of my eyeballs. Didn't see any today thankfully.
