Ive shot and cleaned enough m16/ m4/ saw/ 240b 7.62 etc. I like to hunt. I prefer not to use anything that resembles (tactical). Just not my thing. I disagree with any and all gun control and the militarization of police.
I like knives.

Was 73 today. Supposed to be warm again tomorrow but cool off again after that. Figured I would get out on the water before it turns to ice.

I use a pushpole way more than a paddle I rather use it its 4 piece 6' each section with a duck bill foot. Much easier maneuvering to me any way

I have one with the duck foot too. I have barely used it. Mainly cause standing in a canoe isn't always the easiest thing to do

Sounds like me and a pirogue. Don't have one, won't have one I'm not balanced enough for one. Hit around 88-90 today something like a week of straight records. Average is 76

Must be the heat wave. Been about 80 here the past few days, but is supposed to end tonight. Went out to water this afternoon and found a group of three late hatch stags were no longer friends. It still amazes me how serious those youngsters get.

U mean u ain't balanced enough to use one at all? I wouldn't try standing in one but sitting should be like a kayak no? Ahh I guess they are a little tippy though huh

A lil tippy! Yeah u could say that. All that sticks out the water is the top rail, any roll and its over. Can't even sit in one. When I was a teen we hunted alligator at night with two people in one

Or should I say don't want to sit in one

Right at dusk the crappie were killing that fly in the basses mouth. Couldn't keep em off, some good sized ones too. Barely fit in their
mouth, yet somehow would still manage to inhale it. Kinda cool they would chase the fly and miss it and come back 2-3 times before they got it. Water is starting to cool off now so gonna have to go a little deeper after the bass if I wanna keep fishing for em.

I am also experiencing warm. Will cool from 80's into upper 60's which still warm. Whole month here should a record by some margin. Bucks still coming into rut.
