Way way off topic but have u guys seen this amazon echo thing? Talk about privacy violations. People are nuts for putting these things in their houses. Maybe it's just me.

that is an issue with small domes with no doors. Despite my best efforts I'll have a few get out me occasionally. They usually stop at the next pen so it's not that big of a deal but I gotta be fast. Forget what I'm doing and reach for the bird while the pen comes crashing down on my head.I also have a 10 x 10 dog pen not occupied. I can put him in there so no need for me to crawl around during the reroosting process. It is hard for me to get into pens for handling birds even at night. That is reason I spend so much effort training / taming.

I meant the younger stags that haven't been penned long.Most of my birds would not try to beat me by slipping past when door open. Rather they would walk up to watch or look for eats. Many I can get to go right back in by placing a little food in pen and tipping it up. At night many do not even pull heads from under wing when I walk about checking on things.
