One good thing about a high predator population is it makes it hard for the nasty bird murdering ditch cougars to survive.

Coyote killed calf. Eaten from the anus first. Just like Mother Nature intended. I bet that calf didn't feel a thing.

That one was born dead or dead when ate, no blood on the ground or calf. But yeah coyotes will kill calves, cougars will jump a good sized calf or pony if given the chance.
