Im settled. its smaller privately owned company... The owner really likes me... and I am much more knowledgeable and proactive than my manager, so I am good spot.

(I call it having "hand"). Basically they owe more me more than I owe them, due do the way I perform, dont complain, and I am not overpaid. So I can leave early, take days off and slack here and there ( like visiting BYC.com) without getting grief.

I have one of those yellow rain suits with the hat works well. As a bonus I smell like a pool
