In my opinion i like catfishing the best staying out till wee hours of the morning yep i need to go soon.

I'm just screwing around. I like fly fishing the most but I caught quite a few bass on the ol spinning rod this past spring. Mostly with soft plastics. I really don't fish with bait much though.

You dont like live bait or bait in general? Up here i have pretty good luck with trout on power bait Salomon and sweet corn.

i could care less what anyone fishes with bait or otherwise. However, I do think wild trout streams should be fly fishing only. I also don't agree with stocking trout into streams with naturally occurring populations of wild fish. They compete with the smaller wild fish for food yet are easily caught by your average bait dunker (they're fed pellets in the hatchery)therefore losing both.

I agree to an extent usually up here once trout season is open kiss all stocked trout basically goodbye i dont even try i have been fishing just to get the girls out there maybe 5 times. We are over ran with tubers, conoers and most of them are drinking and splashing about.

I only fish for wild trout. Generally it's more of a challenge compared to hatchery fish. These fishery experts aren't doing the wild populations any favors by stocking. Many places are put and take. So be it. A lot of these streams get too warm in summer to support fish year round anyway.

Honestly the stocking of trout draws out soo many sh*tbags that couldnt care less about the stream in the least. They just wanna go home with a stringer full of fish. Leaving the little worm containers all over the place. Bird nests of fishing line cause they don't know what the h*ll they're doing, plopped in a lawn chair on mountain stream.
To me they look like jack*sses.
