Modern game are way too small in my opinion to be used for any crossings. Just my opinion, and I know shamo and Malay would be hard to breed with a American game it would have to be a laying pullet or simply fertilize the hen myself.

I plan about 10-20 year breeding program to make my own special upright fast but yet merciless fowl.

Be nice to get a Rhode Island Red color to the roosters fully, tail as well, would be a beautiful plume.
I had Large Modern hens, not bantam... they were much bigger than my Americans.

The only fat storing mammals in the wild either hibernate or are aquatic. Possible polar animals need it to keep warm, but usually fur is much better, unless they are aquatic (fur dont work in water).

That's obvious. Not many calories burned to slaughter the pig. Before they had to track the pig, run the pig down and kill it which obviously would burn more calories.

You guys do not want me in on this conversation. Some human populations, even pre-biblical, where at least as large as current western humans. That is still within Homo sapiens.
whatever "bud"

It's not gluttony it natural for your body to store fat as reserves. Way before bible times depending on what you believe.

Not sure where you're getting at with this argument, either you're defending gluttony.. Or what but yes all animals can store fat as reserves whatever we all learned this back in biology however it's not healthy to be fat.

No sh*t? I didn't realize that. The point was earliest Homo sapiens weren't as lean as many think, fat reserves. Not once did I say it's healthy be fat or did I say I see Neanderthals sitting their *ss eating twinkies.

My weight reference was more directed towards fat storing.
From what I understand pre-farming skeletons tend to be tall and big... but at the same time they were hunter-gatherers which leads me to believe they were lean.

I would think Northern humans would have more fat stores, because of the climate... but eskimo types dont have much, and rely on furs. even though they eat tons of fat.
