I just realized I posted a pic of deer in a fenced in pen and then a little while later of a dead deer that I cut the tail off of. Pure coincidence.
The deer in the pen was sent to by my wife from a kiddie amusement park and the dead one really was hit across the street from my house. Looks bad. lol

Ive had damged birds its nothing new things happen now ive got pens in the making to prevent it later down the road, and i apprecate it fellas.

It was more a reference to what ive read here and else where stating they can be such and such old when my experince was at a month and a half age. Just posted for refence if someone is to look through here and have the same question.
And now i say with gamefowl the sooner the better like sdm, havoc, and doubleleft stated just was hoping for a wee bit longer haha you live and you learn hands on is the best experience.

Yeah they are pretty hard really no distinct pattern this young and combs are tiny so i will have to go by small but slightly larger comb i am 98% sure on what is a cockrel all seem to have a more upright tail aswell. And it seems i only have one aggressive one but they all look the same for now.

I gotta go get my wire today. And thanks hopefully the turn out good once i keep going with breeding.

What bowl and feed setup are u using?

U can do it with 3'high that'll be enough to get a roost in. For roofs I used to do tarp material in a cap and half the back. Think of a mullet haircut

Yeah that was what i was gonna do i dont have a habor freight close so will have to order was gonna put small housing in there for em till the tarps come in.
