clean, cook, eat. I never got past stage 2. maybe, maybe a young sow maybe.
I'm prolly scarred for life. Like the only time I ever threw up from a smell was a rotten duck egg. Them ducks that hiss with the big red thing on their bill. Went to throw one out the incubator and as I released it exploded on me.
A lot of the smell and taste depends on how the hog was prepped before and after it was cleaned. I was told this white face boat was one of the best pieces of pork my boss had ever eaten. Idk I still refuse to put one in my freezer.

That thing is huge. How the hell did you get it up there on the hook? Might taste like sh*t but seems like they would be fun to hunt. For me anyway since I've only seen a handful in my life.

When built my shop I added a pulley able to hold at least 500lbs with a boat winch bolted to a corner post. I took all the manual labor out of cleaning my deer. My tractor has a front end loader on it. I use the tractor to pull the hide down and all the unused parts of the deer go in the loader then hauled off to the bayou a few hundred yards behind my property. No hair on my meat and very little mess to clean up.

That's the biggest one I've killed in my backyard but not the biggest I've seen. I giant boar tormenting my dogs at the fence line, but as soon as he would catch my scent he would blast out of here. A couple days later I stuffed a 556 in his belly, he's never been back.

Nosler has come out with a 22 Nosler that's supposed to be the cats meow in the .223 caliber. Been thinking about building another AR to kill pigs with.
