I'm just young and borderline retarded.I’m still trying to grow up and be a little less stupid.
I agreeI'm just young and borderline retarded.
Never married either. She is technically my fiance/baby mama. California doesnt have common law, so that doesnt apply. Lawyer said all of the financials are civil matter because we arent married..., except the family courts do child custody (if it comes up).In Louisiana child support if figured by a table. You make this with this many kids you pay this. None of that milking you for everything b.s. and honestly if she's like you say she'll try she's used to a certain lifestyle that will be no more. For the record I was not married I was engaged living together.
Nope your a genius. Cut your losses and move on. Easier said than done I know. Not much risk on your end. Your a winner and she’ll fuk everything up in no time.Never married either. she makes more money than I do, and the house is in her name only (I know I am idiot) but we both pay for it out of joint checking... so she trying to take all of the equity (150-200k) from house for herself. Only giving me a enough to pay the debt she accrued in my name (20k).
