Yeah I'm positive he's emptying it out. His droppings look healthy, a little mushy but I think that's from not being as active. I did notice just now that he's sweating and body temperature is up. Most likely has a fever going on.

Like sdm said, if he makes it he's good, if he doesnt, I might want to reconsider these hatch, this line specifically.

In a timely manner too. When my hatch about killed himself in wire he was perked up within a few days and back penned up acting normal though he wasn't 100% that takes time, but he perked up an bounced back within 4-5days.

His injuries were external comb, eyes, face, neck, feet, shanks, spurs.

If he is eating and drinking, that is a good sign.

it is more like a dark blue than black
I don't know her background other than she came from west Virginia
I got her from an oldtimer named Virgil.
